The objective is to determine, investigate, and seek operability opportunity in a virtual environment’s project management, engineering, construction. researcher tackle importance issues it addresses management (VPM) platform demands without compromising quality safety of services during execution project. simulated model using conventional stated PMBOKS. randomly pick possible solution improve existing consultancy (PMC) operation processes, initially virtualize system meet technical personnel demand, lapses, labor vacuum within available time. goal achieve this conversion, minimize face-to-face interaction, promote work at home, reduce operational costs, human resource risk, facilitate working space area capacity. divides into possibility, effectivity, capability (OPEC). Operational Possibility Effectivity are primary concern research, discusses elemental process attributes such as [1] Leadership Style, [2] Design Planning, [3] Functional Management, [4] Performance Evaluation. However, basis study’s viewpoint translated virtual.
